Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the services of PixelBuddy Solutions (“we,” “us,” “our”), including our virtual assistant (“Virtual Buddy”) services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with our services.

2. Services Provided

PixelBuddy Solutions offers professional Virtual Assistant (VA) services designed to support entrepreneurs, small business owners, and teams. Our Virtual Buddies assist with:

• Administrative tasks
• Customer support
• Marketing support
• Project coordination
• Other back-office tasks

Each VA is carefully matched based on your business needs and service package.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and timely instructions, information, and access required for task completion
• Treat your assigned Virtual Buddy with professionalism and respect
• Make timely payments as outlined in this agreement
• Use our services for lawful business purposes only

4. Payments & Billing

• Security Deposit (One-Month Advance):
  Before service begins, clients are required to pay a one-month advance, which serves as a security deposit for both PixelBuddy Solutions and your assigned Virtual Assistant (VA).
  • This deposit is not used toward monthly billing during the service period.
  • It is held to ensure a smooth working relationship and protect both parties.
  • The one-month advance is a refundable security deposit and will be returned to the client at the end of the service—provided all outstanding balances have been paid and no violations of the agreement occurred.
• Regular Billing:
  • Monthly service fees are billed every 15th of the month, covering the upcoming billing cycle.

Late Payments & Service Suspension

• Late payments may incur late fees.
• If payment is not received by the due date, your Virtual Buddy may be temporarily deactivated until the full outstanding balance is paid.
• To resume service, the client must pay all due invoices. The security deposit cannot be used to cover unpaid bills during the engagement.

5. Intellectual Property

All work created by your Virtual Buddy—including documents, data, processes, designs, and content—is your exclusive property.

• Upon offboarding or end of service, all deliverables, files, and access credentials will be handed over to the client.
• PixelBuddy Solutions will not retain rights to the completed work, and the security deposit will be refunded, assuming the account is in good standing.

6. Termination Policy

Either party may terminate the service with written notice.

• Final billing will include any services rendered up to the termination date.
• Upon termination, PixelBuddy Solutions will ensure a full handover of deliverables and access.
• Once all balances are cleared, the security deposit will be refunded to the client.

7. Confidentiality

PixelBuddy Solutions respects your privacy and treats all business information as confidential. All team members and Virtual Buddies are bound by confidentiality agreements. NDAs can be signed upon request.

8. Disclaimers

• PixelBuddy Solutions does not guarantee specific outcomes or business results.
• Services depend on effective collaboration, communication, and access provided by the client.
• We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by force majeure events, internet outages, or third-party failures.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client in the 30 days before any claim. PixelBuddy Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Pueblo County, Colorado.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website. Your continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
